Global Stable To Xiaomi Eu

I have the gobal stable rom (8.1.4.0) on my Mi5 with unlocked bootloader and TWRP and I want to install xiaomi eu stable version (V8.2.1.0.NAACNEB_v8-7.0) what should I do to install it I don't want to break my device.

From what I know, if you have unlocked and TWRP, you can easely install the EU stable, wipe surely dalvin+Cache..... I'm not sure if is better to wipe user Data to.....

Thank you very much for your answer I read that method but it explain how to install it from from China ROM so I was confused but I tried to flash it with wiping data, dalvin and cache and I had no problems.
