Gmail notification

I am using stable version 10.2.2 and notifications of new emails in
Gmail doesnt work.
Synchronization is working normally.
I have to enter in app to see my new emails that have arrived.
I've tried turning off battery options, notifications, etc. but nothing worked.

Look for Google Play Services in installed apps (it's a system app, you should tap on upper right corner and tap show system apps), force-stop it, delete it's data, uninstall it's update and restart the phone. 95+% this does work. Most of the time this is a problem of Google Play Services update.

Thanks for the support, I tried to do that but it didn't work.
