Invalid Gmail push notifications not working

Still have an issue with the whole synchronisation, not only with gmail. I have no root but the issue is following me.
When I tap Sync now in Settings for gmail, only Contacts and People details get new Last synced time.
Any suggestions?

I think I have found problem and solution... In Gmail app settings, go to notifications and and chenk all in Inbox notifications

It worked for me... Try and let me know if you have resolved problem.
