Going back to original rom on sapphire(non nfc redmi note 13)

I've been using Xiaomi.eu for quite some time on my Sapphire(non NFC version) Redmi Note 13, and now i downloaded the original fastboot from this site: https://hyperos.fans/en/devices/sapphire since i've been wishing to go back to the original room. saw a tutorial saying to use the flash_all.bat. But the cmd pop up, closes and nothing happens, i managed to take a print of it before closing and i guess it isnt installing because xiaomi.eu says its sapphiren and the one i got i just the normal sapphire, do anyone knows how to solve this?
