I ordered a Xiaocai X9 after a lot of reading up etc and noticing it had an official MIUI rom on miui.com. I paid £97 for it from dealsprime, 4.5 inch qHD screen, 1.2ghz quad core mtk, 1GB ram which is amazing for the price.
The phone is fantastic quality and the MIUI rom for it is perfect all dual sim functions and other hardware functions working perfectly.
