Google App Forces Device Go Black Screen

Google App ( i guess) Forces my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Pro goes black screen and nothing is working eveb is someone calls me doesnt do anything.

Sometimes it happens for some minutes and some times when i charge it the nights it happens for many hours. Even buttons do not respond .

The only way to get out of this is to force it restart by pressing enough time the button on the right.

Does anyone know what is this and if is it something that i have to change it on the settings??? Thank you.

Do you have GApps installed? If so, reflash the ROM (can be a dirty flash) and DO NOT flash GApps. The latest releases almost always include the Play Store and overwriting them causes errors.
