Google assistant voice match ("Ok Google") doesn't work on Dev ROM

Just came from Xiaomi official global and the google assistant voice match worked flawlessly on my MI 9 6/64gb, but on xiaomi.eu it doesn't work anymore. Can anyone help me fix this? The google app version is the same i had before.
I also got the language set to english

will not work until will be fixed on chinese rom, base of any xiaomi.eu.
Personally, i doubt will never be solved, because google has some restricion on chinese market, and this issue of course, is reflected in any chinese rom.
I hope to be wrong...
