Google Installer -> Playstore Error Df-dla-15

Hi... i downloaded the Google Installer to my Redmi 3 PRO (official EN/CN rom)

I installed Google Playstore via Google Install.er

But when i try to download any app (for example Instagram, Spotify....) in the Playstore, i get error:

"Instagram" cant be downloaded (Error retrieving information from server [DF-DLA-15])

Change to global or xiaomi.eu rom and you are in. In China is forbidden google and you have Chinese rom

Try lower version of Google installer i.e version 1.3

Locked bootloader? I think all version Redmi 3.
