Invalid Google keeps stopping - Error: exclusive background UPDATE_HOTWORD_MODELS

Xioami Redmi Note Pro 8

Both my wife and I got today same error message saying Google keeps stopping - Error: exclusive background UPDATE_HOTWORD_MODELS
See attached screenshot.

Restarting the phones did not hep.
I have updated her phone to latest available but it did not help.

Has anybody got the same error?
Anybody knows of a fix for this?

I have 2 phones with the same problem. Mi Mix 2s and a Mi 8 lite. Updated apps / system and everything that was possible to update with no success.

A temporary FIX is uninstall the last Google Update. Go to Play Store, Manage apps, search for Google and press Uninstall.

it's a common problem - not xiaomi related. it's affect all phones.
fabiorochapt is right. Temporary FIX is uninstall the last Google Update.

Same problem.

Delete Data of Google App and play services (cache is not enough).
Update the App in the play store.

Is working for me.
