Google Maps won't run

I was just gifted a Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. I installed all the apps by transferring the data from another android phone. And Google Maps just won't run. It looks like the app runs and then crushes immediately. I've tried to clean app data (incl. cache) but that didn't help. I cannot uninstall the app to reinstall it. What should I do?

MIUI version: MIUI Global 13.0.10 Stable 13.0.10.0 (RKCEUXM)
Android version: 11RKQ1.211001.001

You have software on the "EU" core "RKCEUXM". But do you use the xiaomi.eu software?
You currently have a very old version of the software: MIUI version: MIUI Global 13.0.10 Stable 13.0.10.0 (RKCEUXM) , Android version: 11RKQ1.211001.001
