By me Crashs too... but I am on the stable 8.1.9.0, but other People say that on the last dev the Problem is corrected.
I hope that on the last stable will be corrected too.

No I'm using the same version of idranoel, stable 8.1.9.0. For the MI5

Corrected but after a while, it's not possible to use it. I've to go to default app settings of the phone to make it working again :-(

I have similar bug in Redmi 3S. When I set long press home button to open Google Now nothing happens.

Already asked about it.
Go to settings -> all aps _. defaults -> assistent switch to google now.
Then security app -> permissions -> auto start -> Add google app.
