Google Pay asks me for the unblock PIN at almost every purchase.

Recently I migrated from Huawei P9Lite to Mi5. Clean installed MIUI 10 (xiaomi.eu ROM).
And now I got the issue paying with Google Pay like that - 3 out of 5 times the phone asks me to enter PIN after first contacting a POS terminal.
After entering unblock PIN, the second attempt is always ok. Why?
I always pay with UNBLOCKED screen. And have never had such a problem with my old Huawei. It NEVER asked me for a PIN.

Where a problem may be?

Ooops.. I can see some problem on certificates when testing the rom on SafetyNet.

P.S. Tried another one SafetyNet checker - it is ok. Perhaps this is an error SafetyNet test application.
So my problem not in SafetyNet.
