Google Play Store not pushing notifications

Since I installed the xiaomi.eu ROM I am not able to autostart Google Play Store so I can get notifications of app updates. The same happened with the stock ROM but I solved it by autostarting it. It also happens with other apps and the problem is that these apps do not appear in the apps list to autostart. The only reason I installed this custom ROM was to be able to use two SIM cards, but if I cannot find a solution to these issues I ll go back to stock.
Anyone with a solution will be appreciated

Well, it looks that either nobody has had this issue or, nobody knows the solution. Anyways, I decided to abandon Xiaomi and MIUI because it was racking my brain trying to make it work as smooth as possible. I still think MIUI is too restrictive, so it should be more flexible to users. My apologies to xiaomi.eu ROM supporters but, to be honest, this ROM is more faulty than stock ROM.

SAME problem No other option. Google maybe fix soon. i am using last 3 years . play store not push update Notifications.
