I have a problem with a new Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro smart phone, because via wi-fi I couldn't download any kind of programme from play store, because the play store write this: connetion timed out. But If i go to my company place and I connect to the company wi-fi I can reach google play store. This is my first problem. My second problem I couldn't install any kind of app from play store if the secondary SIM card is in the phone. WHY? If somebody can help me please It would be really nice.
