Google Play System Update

Thank you guys for all the hard work you doing,
I have question dunno if it is a bug and if is how to fix it
The Google Play System update keep showing it is July update, and keep telling that there is update and after rebooting the phone it stays as July and the update still there, and this is kept repeating no matter how many time I install the update
I am using Redmi 9t Miui 14 xiaomi.eu stable
all the updates was perfectly applies before July 2023
And it keep causing the system looking for update and consuming the battery

Doesn't matter much because we barely use any Google system modules (aka APEX) in our ROMs anyway.

Well yes but it's kinda annoying that the device does a double reboot each time I try to reboot.
