Google sees Note 7 as MIX 2S

I unlocked my Note 7 and installed the xiaomi.eu weekly ROM today, using xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote7_9.5.9_v10-9.zip.

After a few minutes I received an e-mail from Google saying "Welcome to Google on your new Xiaomi MIX 2S". I guess somehow the ROM is identifying itself as a MIX 2S ROM? Is this expected?

That's OK. My Phone is also recognized as "Polaris" aka MiMix 2s. Don't try to change it or you will loose your SafetyNet / Google certification.

This signature aka fingerprint is defined in build.prop: ro.build.fingerprint=<.....>
