Google Voice dont work

On my Mi 9 with Firmare v.9.3.21 i can´t use voice match, and so no "ok google"

Unfortunately Voice Match (aka Ok Google) doesn't work in any mi 9 rom due missing feature in chinese rom version, base for any other xiaomi.eu rom

i see that developer of eu rom, said that isn't a problem of EU rom, but depends by chinese rom, hope that with new chinese rom solve this problem

i'm using Mi 9, MIUI 10.2.11.0, anyone knows how to turn off Mi Assistant and turn on Voice Match? Please?
