New Google wallet account error

Hey everyone,
the last couple of weeks i seem to be having a problem with wallet app again, every time i try to open the app i get the message ''There was a problem with setting the active account''.
I have tried, removing the Google Account , restarting and adding the account again (has worked in the past) - nothing, Clearing data for the NFC service system app - nothing, removing the EU module updates and reinstalling them - still nothing.
My phone is Redwood on OS1.0.13.0.UMSCNXM, i have the log attached if it helps.

P.s. : i know this has been talked about here before but could not get anything to work, or didn't find the proper thread, so Thanks again.

Have you tried giving sms permission to Google Play Services? If not, google how and try.
Ok, this actually worked, and I wouldn't figure it out in a million years, because it was working properly, and I didn't change anything before it stopped working, and I didn't get any notification on that!! So thanks a lot, that was awesome!
