GPay services error - Please complete action required by Google wallet

I have a Mi11 Lite 5G NE with the latest hyper OS lisa rom, EU module and all working fine till yesterday night.
I keep getting the below notification

I cleared all data in Google play services & store, rebooted but nothing changed.

settings >> privacy >> permission manager >> SMS >> google play services >> enable

I see only Google play store as Allowed. I also allowed Google Wallet in the Phone section. Nothing changed.

I cleared all data for play store, google services. I uninstalled wallet and dual apps (just in case).
Afterwards I installed a dual app that is important for me (My CU of Vodafone.greece) I did the initial login successfully and then I got onto this

This is the only dual app that I have.
Installed Google wallet again and the problem persists.
In case nobody else reports the same problem a factory reset is inevitable.

I followed again the above steps without installing dual apps. Now the Wallet refused with the following message

I can't believe I couldn't find it earlier.
My dual app is still not working...
At least I have my wallet again and I saved the factory reset for now.

I managed to make "my cu" app to work. I logged in for the second Play store account with another email, different from my primary one.
