GPS stop working during call

Hi all, I installed last image with MIUI12/Android10 and rooted with Magisk, everything ok.

I noticed that using GMaps or Waze during navigation If I receive a phone call the navigation stops, like GPS is not working, when the call end It restart working...I verified the permissions and seems everything ok...

What can I investigate?

Im sorry, I mean, it should work, since GPS should not be needing data after connecting but maybe your phone requires it, so... Nothing to do about that. (That I know of)

No others experienced my issue??? I cannot believe it, I need to try the stock rom and after decide If I need to give this phone back...
