Guide En How To Flash

Hi ,

Sorry for this question. Since I am a totale noob can someone post a how-to guide to flash my MI5s Plus to the EU rom? I want to use the Dutch language on my phone. Have been reading whole week on this forum, but can't tie al the loose ends for myself.
