New Having to manually enable Wifi after airplane mode Mi A2 Lite

I put my phone into airplane mode at night, I have noticed when I turn Airplane mode off the next day I am now having to enable Wifi again manually where before it would put the Wifi back on as it was before I used Airplane mode.

Issue started about 1 month ago, was fine before this, Android Version 9
