[Help] Can't download update

Hi guys, I'm on MIUI 9.5 right now. when I checked update miui10 shows up but i can't download it.

And update manually

I did it already.. now my problem is when i went back to twrp after updating it asked for password.. i read around that I need to wipe data. is there any other way? don't want to wipe data
