Help In Redmi note 4

i have a redmi note 4 qualcomm version of the phone which is bricked it doesnt turn on and get stuck on the Mi logo screen it does connect to the charger from 2 days i have been trying to flash a rom to it using the edl mode(idk what it is) i am using mi flash tool version 201911110 it has been doing it for so long idk if it is actually working or not

i have seen some tutorial where when they connect it to pc in device manager it show something qualcom 8088(dont know exact) name but for me its is showing as some portable storage i dont know if this is a problem or not
