New Help my wallpaper and some settings go back to default after rebooting my phone

Ok so I recently got a xiaomi redmi note 10 pro max and I'm having an issue where when I reboot my phone some of my display and lock screen settings go to default and I lose my wallpaper but not my lock screen wall paper also raise to wake got turned off and so didy always on display, and phone went into 60hz mode

If your are using any other app for wallpaper then after boot this will happen, make sure your app is allow to run in background
