Hello everyone,

I’m facing a major issue with my Mi 11T Pro. I attempted a flash through EDL mode while the bootloader was locked, and it’s led to a series of problems I haven’t been able to fix. I’m hoping someone here might have experience with this specific situation and can help.

Device: Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro
Problem: NVData corruption and IMEI loss after an EDL flash with a locked bootloader, leading to the "NVData is corrupted" error.

Background:

  • The problem started after flashing in EDL mode with the bootloader still locked. This initially caused a "system destroyed" error, and since then, I’ve been in an endless loop of trying to recover the device.
  • After unlocking the bootloader, I attempted multiple flashes to resolve the issue.
Tools and Steps I’ve Already Tried:

  1. Flashing Tools: I’ve used UnlockTool.net and Soulauth Tool for flashing, but none have managed to resolve the corruption.
  2. Multiple Flash Attempts: I’ve repeatedly tried flashing various ROMs, but the NVData corruption persists.
  3. Repair Shops: I’ve taken the device to several reputable repair shops in Morocco, but they were unable to fix the NVData issue or restore the IMEI.
  4. Diag and EDL Modes: I’ve accessed both Diag and EDL modes and tried flashing through those channels, but nothing has worked.
Current Situation:I’m completely stuck with a device that won’t function due to the NVData corruption. I can’t access any official ROM or fix the IMEI. Unfortunately, I also don’t have access to NVData or QCN files for my device, and I’d rather not buy them from paid sites that charge high fees.

My Request:

  • Does anyone have a working NVData or QCN file for the Mi 11T Pro?
  • Are there any advanced methods or lesser-known tools I could try to repair the NVData and restore functionality?
  • Has anyone experienced something similar after flashing from EDL mode with a locked bootloader, and if so, how did you resolve it?
Any advice, file sharing, or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to avoid the official Xiaomi service center due to their high fees, and I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!
