Issue Details:

  • The phone is stuck in Fastboot mode and does not boot into the system.
  • I attempted to flash the correct official Fastboot ROM using Mi Flash Tool, but I received the error:
"FAILED (remote: 'Erase is not allowed in Lock State')"
  • I tried unlocking the bootloader via Mi Unlock Tool, but it failed with the message:
"Couldn't unlock – The place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold."
  • A technician attempted flashing the device, and it briefly turned on for 10 minutes, but then the touch stopped working, and the phone shut down again.
  • Fastboot commands such as fastboot oem unlock also failed with:
"FAILED (remote: 'Token Verify Failed, Reboot the device')."

Device Information:

  • Model: Xiaomi 13 Ultra (Ishtar)
  • MIUI/HyperOS Version Before Issue: Unknown
  • IMEI: [Insert your IMEI here]
  • Bootloader Status: Locked

Request:

  • How can I properly unlock the bootloader in this situation?
  • Is there an official way to bypass the region restriction for unlocking?
  • Can Xiaomi provide a special authorization token to unlock the device?
  • Any alternative solutions to recover the phone?
I would really appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you need additional details.
