I have a mi 4s with version 5.1.1 LMY47V (MIUI GLOBAL 7.3 STABLE 7.3.1.99 (LAJCNDA)

Can I download this update (
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4s_6.12.22_v8-5.1.zip and use the system update of. the phone to install, or. it's mandatory to do unlock bootloader?
