Help Please. Cant Flash Original Rom To Redminote3

i had redmi note3 with LHNCNCJ 7.0.19 and had some issues
so i tried some other roms and everything flashed well (using SP tool boot loader locked)

currently im on 7.3 developer 6.3.11

when i try to flash orignal rom i get error message 5054 obtain DRAM failed.
im not sure what the issue is.. i can't flash it back and stuck in this "custom" miui...

i read somewhere that i can format the redmi ntoe3 to gfet out of this state.. but seems drastic
any suggesions?

i tried other USB ports i tried reinstalling MTK...
It is important to know that:
1. I CAN FLASH the other versions that i tried... like the developer and other rooted roms of MIUI
2. my phone still works

the only issue is that i can't return to original rom and that i cant go into recovery (it simply reboots the phone if i try to go to recovery)

If your bootloader it's locked you can't flash a recovery. It's LOCKED

could you please tell me if you found a solution ... i am trying to flash original rom but i can't even find the official rom image
