Hello!
I was left in fastboot without being able to do anything, I discovered XiaomiADBFastboottool and it was like magic (I thought it was lost), I downloaded the official ROM and through this tool I recovered it completely. I hope it will be of your help too.

***You will also need JAVA JRE to run it, version 11 or later.****
