Good morning, i have a question about the rom i had to flash... I'm currently on a RMnote 3 (Mediatek version) with unlocked bootloader, twrp installed and with a miui 8.5 xiaomi.eu DEVELOPER version.

I would like to update to the 9.2 xiaomi.eu STABLE rom, available for my devide... What i have to do?
I have to wipe all, and install from scratch? or i can flash the stable over my developer rom? I have to clan the dalvik cache?

You must make a advanced wipe of data in TWRP ( dalvik cache, system,cache and data), it's better to make a full wipe in this case because it can be your new ROM will works not correctly.

Bevor you make a full wipe please make a Backup from your System. When the flash of stable ROM will be not correctly you can Restore your old ROM with your old data.

Newest TWRP is recommended.
You are on an old MIUI 8 dev ROM. To flash a MIUI 9 stable will be an upgrade, so a dirty flash should work with wipe only cache + dalvik cache. But backup your data in case of any FC after flashing to be safe.

Ok, i will update my twrp, and then i will flash with the new 9.2 from scratch
