Hm3 Over Ido Or Clean Install ?

Can I install xiaomi.eu_multi HM3_V7.5.1.0.LAICNDE v7-5.1 over xiaomi.eu_multi_ido_V7.3.1.0.LHPCNDD_v7-5.1.zip ? Because ido to HM3 or better clean install

Backup with titanium backup, miui backup for sms and system setting, clean install new rom, install super su then restore it

Okay i have clean installed. why is there at xiaomi.eu_multi_HM3_V7.5.1.0.LAICNDE_v7-5.1.zip no more
IR Blaster - MI Remote App ? When i install from play store, there is no synchronization of my devices (no mi account in app)
