New [HMNote7] [20.1.9, 20.1.16, 20.1.21] mic won't work in call

I have a problem, when someone calls me or I call someone and i try to speak, they won't be able to hear me, tried to switch to speakers but doesn't work either.

PLEASE use the search in the forum. This was mentioned so often. Even in the bug section there are at least 3 or more threads about this topic!!

Google App - Settings - Voice Input - Voice Match --> disable voice match

I did turn it off, it still happens.

Did already.
First I had dirty flash, then I backed up internal storage files, then I wipeds System data, cache, dalvik cache and installed the ROM but it was still there
