New hongmi 1s screen goes black when calling

my hongmi 1s screen goes black when making and receive calls... cannot do anything until the other party drop the call... pls help me...

Do you have any screen protector that covers the proximity sensor? If yes try to remove it

where is the sensor? is it near the front cam?

Proximity sensor is at top left of screen, just at right of front cam.
