I don't see any options to disable this in the current versions. You can disable access to power/reboot menu, disable quick access to toggle buttons (Wi-Fi, GPS, etc) but that's the only thing I see under lock screen menu in settings

Would you mind sharing some info on how one edits MIUI 11 themes please?
I googled miui theme editor and can only find dodgy windows executables and OLD Android apps claiming to be able to edit themes.
Would appreciate any pointers.
