How Can I Update To Miui 8? Note 3

I currently use the Xiaomi.eu 7.2.5 Version. While updating I always get the alert "couldn't verify update package": Mi Unlock stops at 50%. Whats the problem? How Can i update to Miui 8?

me installed ADM (advnce download manager) and get the link from en. miui. com
and download the rom then choose the updated rom from local folder
