How do i fix the update .bat file crashing

I'm trying to update my Poco F3 to MIUI 14.0.8, i downloaded the rom ans unzipped it, turning my phone in fastboot mode, but when i open the update bat file, it tells me to click a button to confirm, and when i do it, the command prompt crashes. I can't install it with TWRP because it doesn't mount my internal storage, please help me
