How to change from China ROM to Global or Europe ROM?

I have a Redmi 12 Turbo and has a Chinese ROM. I need to change the ROM to Europe or Global but so far i can`t. I used Mi Unlock and XiaoMiTool v2 but they stop at unlocking part. I understood that i have to get the token from the community app but everytime i try it says that i have to come back. More on this, i have read online that you don`t have to unlock the bootloader if you want to change from an official rom to another official but so far i can t succed. Any help please?

There is no device called Redmi 12 Turbo. I assume it is Redmi Note 12 Turbo. Try these instructions.

Unlock_hyperOS_ Global devices
