How to change google account on MI Mix 2?

XIaomi Mi Mix 2. MIUI Global 10.0

The Gmail address connected to my previous employer has been "taken over", and now the phone appears to be disabled. I don't know how to change the main Gmail account?

I looked and I looked, but I don't see where I can remove that old Gmail account? It's frustrating. Please help?

Remove old account then add new.

I think it has to be the other way around. Add the new account and then remove the old one.

I have added a new account. Problem is, I don't know how to remove the old one.

Could someone please specify a path? What option do I choose in Settings? What are the steps to remove the old account?

Yes, it worked now. Wow, I am stupid. I got to it once on my own, but didn't press "remove", and was then unable to find it.
