How to change keyboard shortcut? its not available.

Hi,

I have multiple keyboards installed, how to switch keyboards in a app?

I need to go now every time in the settings to switch my keyboards...

Example like this on other brand how it should like:

What does "other brands" has to do with Gboard, a universal Google app that's available to every device on Play Store?

I have installed multiple keyboards such as ''Microsoft Swift keyboard, Gboard,Grammarly",
I'm not able to switch keyboards from Grammarly to Swift keyboard etc.

On the other hand, on the Oneplus, I see that there is a ''Keyboard Icon'' in the navigation bar to switch instantly from different keyboards. Really handy to have.
So how to fix my issue? Root or non-Root.

PS: The uploaded picture in the attachment is an example of what I mean with a keyboard icon in the navigation bar. Is not on Xiaomi phones.
