How to change tracks with volume keys when screen is off?

I want to how where is this option. It is very important for me. I knew that MIUI 2.11.6 has this option. But where to find it?

If MIUI 2.11.6 has it , so 2.12.xx has it too , right?

My phone is Samusng Galaxy W.

1: Miui never had this function, it is a mod
2: Your device is not officially supported but a port, which probably had the mod build in
3: Fusionjack's control panel has this mod, you need to contact your rom dev if it is possible to port the mod

WoW. Very strange. I understood that Control Panel has a function called Volume+ , but it is working only for Galaxy S2.
So that that means Xiaomi MI-2 doesn't have this function,right ?
