How To Disassemble Mi R1d?

I ripped the two bottom plastic, hdd, but I don't know how to make out the mainboard?

I know it has been 2 years, but I found a video which helped me to upgrade the HDD:

The video is in Russian (I think), but it is easy to understand how to upgrade the HDD.

But, to be honest, I was not able to open the top part (the ventilation holes), which allow to have access to the mainboard.
I wanted this to clean the fan, and other components.
My R1D - as all of them - runs hot, and maintenance is important.

If you have any tricks to disassembly the top part, I will be grateful.

Spudger tool or a Guitar pick would work fine.
