Yes of course.Get the init_boot.img from your ROM. Patch it with KSU, then flash it from your PC.
The commands:
fastboot flash init_boot_a (drag patched init_boot file)
fastboot flash init_boot_b (drag patched init_boot file)

You're clearly not going to know how to compile your own kernel. I already told you to use the wild+ kernel. The instructions are linked to GitHub itself. Read the thread, even the user xonline already indicated how to do it.

Kernelsu + susfs is the best on the Xiaomi 15. Having the GKI kernel allows you to completely hide everything. But it is more complex to install than Magisk. If you don't even know how to install Magisk without TWRP, it is complicated.
