How to enable the Camera2 API

Can anyone help me enable Camera2 API? I'm running a MIUI 10 8.9.13 Xiaomi.eu rom and nothing I do will enable it eg. Adding line in build.prop, flashing zip in TWRP and Using the enabler module in Magisk.

Sorry, but it´s not correct. I have a Mi Max 3 with 8.9.20 Xiaomi.eu rom installed and rooted by Magisk 17.1. The camera2 API module works like a charm. The picture quality is amazing so far.
But the poster didn´t says anything about the phone he use.
