How To Enable Wifi Calling?

My firmware is MIUI 9.3 by xiaomi.eu 8.2.1.
If I search for "wi" in the Settings, then I am able to find Wifi calling option. But it has the text description of the feature, there is no any slider / button to enable it. How could it be fixed?

I'm afraid it is not possible to enable wifi calling. It looks like miui fault not xiaomi.eu
