How to extract audio files from miui?

I need help, can someone please extract me this 3 audio files:

1. Enthusiastic.ogg
2. CrystalRing.ogg
3. MessageComplete.ogg

First go in a file explorer to the zip:
Serch media folder and here is all sound
Extract it and search it!
