How to find installed .apk in my phone?

Hai.. If someone can tell me where i can find installed .apk in my phone and how to uninstall the apps that i no longer need it.

Installed apk: go to /data/app/ folder with a file explorer with root access.
Pre-installed apk: go to /system/app/ folder with root access.

Installed app list/uninstall: go to Settings->App.

(but this is the same for any android device..)
