Hi, I always had problem with my redmi note 3, had to many bugs, couldn't update software, always reporting that there is no update available, and realized I had fake ROM. How to fix that? Is there any guide on how to install valid one??

You probably have fake custom shop rom like myself. I am still in the process of putting regular rom on it. As I understand you have to unlock the bootloader. I did receive permission to do that BUT I can not unlock it on custom shop rom. Somebody suggested I try official Chinese developer rom to unlock it.... After that, you need to install TWRP and then install xiaomi.eu rom for multilanguage and no chinese bloatware + google play. At least that is how I understand it.
For me, all this is little complicated. But one step at the time. You should google a little bit more.
