I have several problems with my Mi Mix 2S, flashed EU-ROM few month ago. Since that time my phone is always disturbed when phoneing. Other functions are ok. Flashed several stable Roms and also weekly Roms, no success.
Now I wanted to flash the global Rom but it is not possible with twrp and or because I am not able to start the original bootloader.

What also bothers me is that the phone does not update itself with the EU-Rom or did I do something wrong? Must always flash myself with twrp new version .
Can anyone help me?

To update EU Rom you have to download and update manually, only the update notification is automated.
If something is totally screwed up or deleted by mistake i recommend a clean flash with Mi Flash tool and latest MiFlash ROM.

Thank you!
But I have no knowledge, how to make a "clean flash" and where to get this latest Mi Flash tool cause I remember a year ago or so found several versions, I am not sure ... to flash the MiFlashRom with Twrp did not work, tried some weeks ago

And do I have to flash also the bootloader? Or is this flashed new anyway, by flashing the Rom? Sorry my bad English, I am not native speaker.
Btw. this "Mi Flash Tool" does not expand, there is "html" ending that is to remove for make it working ???

Tried now, but first time I am not able to find developer options, when I tap several times on mi version, nothing happens ??? Did this last year and this worked every time, can't continue because I cannot go into "developer options" :(

About bootloader and flashing ROM. There are 2 ways to flash ROM:
- 1st is with recovery ROM (via stock / Mi recovery or custom recovery like TWRP).
- 2nd is via Fastboot. If you want to flash via Fastboot, than your bootloader must be unlocked. I presume your bootloader is already unlocked if you have xiaomi.eu ROM installed.

Hello!
Tried with fastboot mode. Downloaded global Rom for fastboot mode but with the xiaomi flash tool I get always CAN NOT FOUND FILE FLASH_ALL.BAT
Tried to copy the extraced Rom into same folder where the exe file from the flashtool is, same failure
???
Edit: and the global Rom I was not able to install with twrp, eu rom works with twrp

Put the extracted files of the fastboot rom in a directory such as C:/Rom/contents of the extracted fastboot rom or D:/Rom/.... - the path should be not too long.

Did not work, see picture:

And here the content of the folder "Rom", it is the extracted content of the fastboot rom downloaded at MIUI site:
24584

See picture above, extracted with "Filzip" but I can try another time maybe with another unpack programe (can You recomend one?). But soon my patience will be ending. As I am sure, my phone (disturbing probs) seem to be a hardware defect, I flashed since the last 6 month maybe 10 different EU-Roms (stable, weekly), everythings fine except my phone problems lasted with every Rom I had since November last year!

Use Winrar to extract the contents of the fastboot rom - there should be several files and folders including flash all bat after decompression. Also rename the downloaded file to something shorter before unzipping it.

I can't see in your picture that you have a directory/folder after extracting.

In the top level of the directory/folder you should find the file flash_all.bat.

Miui server is down or too slow now to download the rom again, cause deleted it in case of spaceproblems of my laptops harddisk here ...
