How to go from PE to Xiaomi eu

Hello, i have the mi 8 lite and currently i'm using Pixel Experience at my phone. And i want to try the eu rom but i'm a bit confused and i don't know what to wipe in the recovery.
what should i do ?

I tried this once but after i reboot to system it shows me an error window and a button to reset phone and when i press it , it juat reboots to the twrp

That's how I do it every time I flash back stock from aosp

Wipe>>format data>>reboot to recovery>>install>>EU rom>>reboot system

Yeah after installing EU rom clear cache you really don't have to but I like doing it lol let me know

The solution was to format data with EXT4 not f2fs
